How to return your order
1. Register your return
Register your return quickly and easily via our returns portal.
2. Prepare your return
Pack the items in the original box whenever possible and remove any old shipping labels or barcodes from the parcel.
3. Use your shipping label or QR code
After registering your return, you will receive either:
- a shipping label to print, or
- a QR code that you can present at a DHL Service Point or parcel locker.
No printout is required when using the QR code.
4. Send your parcel
Simply drop off your return at DHL.
5. Track your return
You can check the status of your return at any time in our returns portal.
6. Receive your refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be issued using your original payment method.
